Our team of world class project managers drive this process. We are now looking for an experienced project manager to join this team.  Key responsibilities: To manage individual or multiple projects; for different customers across a number of sites simultaneously through to end of the warranty period, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, to the agreed scope and meet the customers’ agreed specification and Dematic’s quality expectations - To manage any number of individual projects, for different customers, on different sites, simultaneously- To ensure that all contracts are completed on time, within budget, to the agreed scope and that they meet customers’ agreed specification and Dematic’s quality expectations- Issue weekly and monthly reports to inform the Company of progress against budget and programme, listing any cost variations, identifying significant problem areas and with updated payment schedule. This report has to follow Dematic’s agreed standard format- Maintain good control over the cost development of the contract and give accurate predictions of over or under spending. Use the Dematic cost monitor sheet to present this information- Deal with the customer on all contractual matters, including claim management with office support as necessary- Maintain and implement an up to date project time schedule; this has to indicate clearly the critical path of activities and any deviations from plan- Co-ordinate and check all technical interfaces and activities. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within the Materials Handling market Main duties: to provide executive support to our Sales, Solutions and Marketing Leaders including organisation, scheduling, correspondence, and meetings. Responsibilities:Optimising time in the diary, proactive planning and prioritising, ensuring coordination with private commitments, rearranging and re-juggling the diary on a daily basis along with an understanding of the meetings and trying to incorporate a work/life balanceEnsuring regular 1:1s with the team, arranging a wide variety of meetings from internal (which may be across several different time zones) to external. Providing a meet and greet service when required and ensuring the team is well organised and prepared with the relevant papers, in plenty of time prior to any meetings.Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations. Keeping close attention to the deadlines and reminding members of the team when required to ensure all papers are executed on timeProcessing all invoices, expenses, and credit card statementsDevising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filingScreening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriateArranging international, multi destination travel, ensuring the team is entirely organized with visas, accommodation, transport and travel packOrganising events and conferencesPoint of contact and liaising with employees, suppliers, clients and other executivesConducting research on behalf of the manager including contacting customers to answer basic procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction with the companyLiaise with global functions and other EA’s to support Executive members effectively Additional Function specific requirements Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlinesUpdate customer records in Salesforce as requiredCollaborate with the sales staff to monitor active opportunitiesReport any account issues to management and the appropriate Account Manager immediately
