You conduct intake interviews, write vacancy texts and job descriptions;- You are a talent for spotting talent. High-quality recruitment is a must for you. You actively search for talent on different channels; - You conduct in-depth interviews and inform the hiring manager;- You provide an appropriate salary proposal and you conduct the contract discussion;- You are responsible for organizing job fairs and other job events;- You are also responsible for our internal mobility. I.e. that you also strive for the right man or woman in the right place for existing employees;- You ensure a warm welcome for our new employees as responsible for the onboarding process;- You also ensure the organization of job students and trainees within the company;- Occasionally you organize assessment centers and attend them as an observer;- Implementation and further development of our employer branding strategy in social media;- Support our recruitment with social media measures; - Editorial maintenance of our career page;- Support of the personnel marketing team with various measures such as taking part in trade fairs; In short, are you a real talent spotter and do you enjoy giving someone the job of their life?
