To manage individual contracts through to end of warranty period, ensuring they are completed on time and costs and meet the customers’ agreed specification and Dematic’s quality expectations.  Main Contract Handling accountabilitues: - Maintain good control over the cost development of the contracts and give accurate predictions of over or under spending. Present this information. - Deal with the customer on all contractual matters, including claim management with support as necessary from Head Office. - Maintain and implement an up to date project time schedule and include PM@Dematic ‘Q’ gates. This has to indicate clearly the critical path of activities and any deviations from plan. - Coordinate and check all technical interfaces and activities. Ensure design meets contract requirements, with office engineering support as necessary. - Coordinate the specification of, and trigger procurement of equipment, products and services together with appropriate departments. - Initiate the creation and issue all documentation to customers with office engineering support. - Coordinate and ensure customer training is completed with office support. - Remain the focal point for the customer through to the end of the warranty period. - Produce invoice schedules and ensure that the customer is correctly invoiced throughout the contract. - Work within and ensure full compliance with the PM@Dematic initiative. Willing to travel around Europe.

Participates in recommending ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Performs important areas of standard professional level controls work that typically requires processing and interpreting, more complex, less clearly-defined issues. EHS Client Manager is an integral member of the Dematic EHS team and has an impact on the profitability and compliance commitment of the organization through contributions in Environmental, Health, and Safety function. The EHS Client Manager will be assigned to a focused Dematic client support team and will be responsible for all EHS activities, support, consultation and interactions with the assigned client, to include being a resource through supporting Installation projects for the client. The EHS Client Manager will collaborate with the Dematic Team and the client customer, in pre job planning and effective execution of client projects, including detailed work with each project site team to help them achieve Dematic’s EHS business objectives through an effective environmental, health, and safety processes. Some of the primary responsibilities of this position include: - Manage and audit compliance with EU-Country Regulations, Local and Dematic EHS policies, regulations and standards at Dematic Client installation sites.- Represent Dematic EHS at all direct meetings with the Client team, meeting at the required cadence, in person or via conference call.- Conduct appropriate safety and environmental audits at Client installation sites as necessary.- Supports communication between Dematic Country functional offices for cross-national Dematic employees functional compliance to ensure Client sites access.- Manage accident/injury investigations for the Client team. - Work closely with the Installation team third party labor contractor(s). Frequent communication, meetings, reporting with third party contractors will be necessary.- Manage all EHS data for the Dematic Client team, including but not limited to, incident/accident reports, monthly EHS status reports, etc.- Provide EHS communication to Client job sites in the form of toolbox talks, safety alerts, and job site training.- Develop, with input from the Dematic EU Project EHS Manager and Country EHS Managers, the schedule for EHS Installation team site visits to Client sites.- Work with Dematic Installation Client Site Coordinators, Project Managers, and Leads to recognize risk at client sites.
