The Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist with a passion for recruitment as part of their role, to join our team who is enthusiastic to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where recruitment of top talent is at the heart of our growth. And eager and able to take full ownership and responsibility for the end to end recruitment processes for Dematic. 

Our growth in Lithuania is a real success story for Dematic. That continued growth in to 2021 and beyond is about bringing the right people in to our business. This role will drive this process and support our on going employee needs once completed. 

Reporting to Head of Talent Acquisition Northern Europe and supporting our HR Business Partner in Kaunas, this is a great opportunity to use your recruitment and networking skills to support the continued growth or our established team in both Kaunas and Vilnius. 


Key responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruiting (mainly engineering and software development) from administrating the talent portal (ICIMS and later in the year workday) - sourcing and selection of candidates both proactive linked in searching via linked in recruiter - managing and participating in interviews to ensure team fit as well as technical fit and on-boarding of successful candidate
  • Ownership of employer branding initiatives; new recruitment initiatives; careers fairs; advertising campaigns; talent networking events and employee referral programmes 
  • Developing great working relationships with line managers, delivering solutions for complex HR matters, working closely with the wider HR team

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven Experience and Passion for the recruitment and selection process ideally with experience of engineering or software recruitment (or both)
  • Proven ability to deliver initiatives/actions to deadline
  • Strong administration skills
  • Understanding of employment law
  • Understanding of social media and digital platforms for recruitment and an ability to challenge existing ways of attracting the very best talent, and developing a recruitment brand in the market

Above all you will be imaginative in your ability to think outside the box to deliver results for the business and have the gravitas and engagement skills to manage relationships with a diverse population of managers here at Dematic.
