The Role

For our Belgian entity in Zwijndrecht we are looking for an HR Officer. 

As HR Officer you are the first point of contact for all HR related questions. Together with 2 HR colleagues you make sure our employees can count on a great HR team.

  • As HR Officer you are responsible for the entire daily HR Administration flow on all topics. Your knowledge of social legislations is up to date in order to ensure a smooth delivery
  • You take on different kind of HR projects depending on the current needs of the business
  • In function of different HR Projects, you work closely with the US headquarters and local HR Teams
  • You monitor that the existing personnel management systems are maintained in order to have accurate and complete information.
  • You act as internal specialist and formulate advice and recommendations on HR related topics 
  • You are able to run the payroll process from A to Z in the Acerta system Connect as backup for the payroll officer
  • You keep yourself constantly informed on developments within your field of expertise

What We Are Looking For

What we are looking for 

  • You have a strong interest in human resources in general, payroll, personnel administration and legislation.
  • You really get positive energy in maintaining an administrative structure and investing to keep the details correct
  • You have at least 5 years relevant experience in a similar function
  • You have a solid knowledge of social legislation and social security
  • You share your passion easily and you are enthusiastic
  • You accept responsibility
  • You communicate openly and candidly
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and can communicate effectively in English.
