Monitor your projects’ objectives around concept, safety, quality, schedule, budget, contract changes… The whole nine yards! Your 360-degree approach to each project is what makes it all come together, from the initial sale to completion and delivery.

Whether it’s short-term 8-month projects or long-running 16-month projects, you keep your eye on the ball every step of the way. Coaching and motivating your team is second-nature to you, and you cherish and nurture relationships with customers.

Since you’ll be going wherever projects might take you, you’ll get to travel about 20% of the time. It’ll be short trips: a nice change of pace, right?

Project management isn’t new to you, so you can put your electrical engineering knowhow to work from day one. High-tech solutions in industrial environments? You just can’t get enough of it and will preach the gospel to anyone who’ll listen.

• A responsible, flexible and impactful communicator who steps up to bring each project to fruition – and takes full ownership
• Flawlessly fluent in English and Dutch. If you also master French and/or German, that’s a plus.
• Ok with traveling abroad for work.
