The Role

  • General administrative tasks and all back-office tasks
  • Creation of reports and evaluations to monitor and maintain sales processes
  • Power User of the CRM system (this also includes being responsible for the training of the existing users as well as for new starters in Sales, Creation of individual reports and analyses and ensuring correct data entries)
  • Organisation of Sales-Trainings and Sales-specific trainings (e. g., training modules of other subject areas such as Legal”, SCOUT/Miller Heiman, Global Project Management, etc.)
  • Responsible for the Dematic Sales Academy (sales-specific training platform)
  • Responsible for any CE Sales related content in DEPROM (web-based application where all processes and process related documents are stored and maintained)
  • Responsible for SharePoint and Document Management System
  • VOC (Voice of customer) responsible person for CE Sales
  • Audit support for the Sales Director and responsible for any audit-relevant document administration
  • Creation of purchase requisitions for the Sales Team in SAP

What We Are Looking For

  • Successfully completed commercial and/or foreign language training or career changers with professional experience in Sales
  • Independent and thorough way of working also under consideration of deadlines setting of priorities
  • Analytical understanding and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex tasks / new software systems
  • Good working knowledge of the common MS Office programs and ERP and/or CRM systems (ideally Salesforce and SAP experience)
  • High service and Sales orientation
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Excellent ability to work in a team
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Resistance to stress
