The Role

To support the Residential Engineering Shift Manager in delivering all aspects of the Engineering function and to “stand in” for the Residential Engineering Shift Manager when required.

 

  • Support the Residential Engineering Shift Manager in delivering all aspects of the Engineering function.
  • Manage a multi-disciplined engineering team on occasions where the Residential Engineering Shift Manager is not available.
  • Delivery of key service elements such as planned preventative maintenance, fault rectification and fault eradication.
  • Deliver written and verbal communications at all levels.
  • Drive continuous improvement on site within the team.
  • Fully interact with the customer in day to day activities.
  • Fully interact with other engineering shift managers to ensure consistency and best practice across the shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation.

What We Are Looking For

  • HND ideally – HNC minimum.
  • Previous experience in team management preferable
  • Health and Safety experience
  • Excellent IT skills.
