The Role

  • Day to Day user support 
  • Deployment of client related hardware 
  • Managing hardware stock 
  • Follow up of first line ICT issue tickets 
  • Supporting system engineers  

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent knowledge of client computing in a Windows environment 
  • Problem solver 
  • Excellent administrative skills (ticket follow-up, stock management) 
  • Team player and excellent communication skills 
  • Excellent knowledge of user-hardware (phones, headsets,etc.) 
  • SCCM knowledge is an advantage
