The Role

  • Be responsible for regional sales, including but not limited to explore potential market customers, visit strange customers and track orders;
  • To collect market information and explore potential customers in region, have strange visits to potential customers and timely give feedback to head office.
  • To conduct customer visits/presentations, proactively educate and guide customers;
  • To timely submit reports/documents/proposals and update information with high quality.
  • Be responsible for the bidding, to lead to orders through various types of channels to assure sales revenue target;
  • To strictly execute the entire Dematic sales process from marketing, acquisition and sales right up to closing of orders and meet the ambitious budget;
  • To systematically analyze sales project opportunities using the Dematic tools, timely report on progress and situations, and provide feasible proposals for management decision;
  • To create trust and strong relationship at all levels in the customer organization, such as but not limited to, decision makers, top management, project team etc., to get deal done;
  • To work and communicate effectively with marketing, pre-sales consulting, sales support team, and other internal parties, and guide all the efforts to sellable proposals/solutions.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree;
  • At least 5 years ‘relevant work experience in material handling industry;
  • Self-motivated working, responsible, honesty, good learning and communicate skill;
  • Good written and spoken English;
  • Good communication skills.
